- There is a very strict rule of no parties in the apartment complex. This apartment is monitored both by CCTV and other residents of the complex so in the case of there being high levels of noise you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. The location of the property is second to none in the city but the party is to be kept to the street. We like our neighbours and our neighbours like us.
- Noise is to be kept at an absolute minimum after 10pm.
- No guests under the age of 25 years unless as part of a family.
- Check out time is 11am
- €50 call out fee will occur for a lock out
- €100 locksmith call out fee for lost keys

We do not take students on a long term basis.
